All customer orders are registered and insured with our trusted shipping partners AusPost - FedEx - Toll IPEC and other carriers of our choosing.

Same Day Dispatch
Most orders are dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

Available Online Only / Online Exclusive
Due to limited space in retail stores, items marked with ' Available Online Only' or 'Online Exclusive' are not sold in our retail stores. These items will be shipped from one of our online warehouses direct to you. Online only items may take up to 48 hours to be dispatched. Transit times to you are generally 1 - 5 business days, longer for remote and regional areas, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

IMPORTANT
Missed Deliveries - If you arrange a re-delivery with any of our carriers because you missed the first delivery attempt, any charges to Drum Republic for the re-delivery will be past on to you, no exceptions.

It is much safer providing us a work or business address for deliveries as deliveries occur during business hours and this is usually the best and safest way to ensure someone is on site to sign for the delivery.

It may be possible for you to collect a missed delivery from a shipping carrier depot or at an Australia Post outlet, however you are responsible to arrange this. Please do let us know if you are having any issues.

Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Transit Times
Transit times are generally between 1 - 5 business days once dispatched and can take longer depending on your location. If you are in regional or remote areas of Australia, or in WA, NT, and North Qld, your delivery may take a little longer.

Po Boxes & Parcel Lockers 
These are ok to use if the items you purchase are small enough to ship with AusPost. We will let you know if your order doesn't qualify for delivery to a nominated Po Box or Parcel Locker.

Delivery Day
Deliveries will most likely occur during business hours Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and may require a signature so make sure the nominated shipping address has someone on site to accept the delivery as re-delivery may incur further shipping costs to you.

Worldwide Shipping
